Doktorats was created as a gynaecologic clinic in the summer of 2002 to take care about womens and family health, uniting ambulatory and stationary medical care. The ambulatory and stationary parts of Dubultu Doktorats are certified by the State Agency of Statistics and Medical Technologies, which certifies conformity with the health care standards accepted in Europe.
